James Mulligan's practice encompasses a broad spectrum of financial services-specific transactions, complex IT and business process outsourcings, use of artificial intelligence, and other technology-specific transactions, such as "as-a-service" arrangements. He has completed secondments to a global financial institution and a leading UK technology and financial services business.
James also maintains an active advisory practice and is a subject matter expert on third party risk management requirements within financial services.
